Shipping policy
1. Shipping Area
Ifuernj Je ships only to the contiguous 48 United States. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
2. Shipping Cost
Free standard shipping: $0 for all eligible orders delivered within our shipping area.
3. Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment is successfully authorized.
Business days are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (UTC-5), excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or outside regular service hours begin processing on the next business day.
4. Transit Time
Standard shipping normally takes 3–6 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
The total estimated delivery time is 4–8 business days, including order processing and transit time. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
6. Shipping Carriers
Orders may be shipped through USPS, DHL, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier is selected based on the destination, package size, and available service.
7. Order Tracking
A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order ships. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours after shipment to begin showing updates.
8. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us within 24 hours if an address needs to be corrected. Changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.
9. Delays
Weather, carrier disruptions, high shipping volume, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our control may cause delays. Please contact us if tracking has not updated for an extended period or the package has not arrived within the estimated delivery period.
10. Lost or Delivered Packages
If a package appears lost or is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact info@ifuernjje.com. We will review the tracking information and assist with the carrier investigation.
11. Order Changes and Cancellations
Contact us within 24 hours after placing an order to request a change or cancellation. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after processing or shipment has begun.
