Refund policy
1. Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.
2. Return Conditions
Returned products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with all parts, accessories, instructions, and packaging included. Proof of purchase is required.
3. Starting a Return
Contact info@ifuernjje.com before sending a return. Include your order number, the product being returned, and the reason for the return. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Contact us within 3 days after delivery if a product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
5. Return Shipping Costs
For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For a confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped product, Ifuernj Je will provide a prepaid return label or otherwise cover the approved return shipping cost.

7. Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee.
8. Return Inspection
Returned products are inspected after arrival. We will notify you whether the return has been approved or rejected. Products damaged through misuse, improper care, incorrect assembly, or customer handling may not qualify for a refund.
9. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
10. Non-Returnable Products
Used, washed, altered, customer-damaged, incomplete, or final-sale products are not returnable unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Any additional non-returnable status will be clearly stated on the applicable product page.
11. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To obtain a different product, return the eligible original product for a refund and place a new order.
12. Order Cancellations
Contact us within 24 hours after placing your order to request cancellation. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing has started. If the order has already shipped, the standard return procedure applies.
